Salami and Apricot Scones

Before this blog goes any further I must define the love that I have for Giada De Laurentiis. She is a phenomenon - mastermind - and quite possibly, the only person that could blow up my kitchen [in the best possible way]. There hasn't been a recipe yet, by Giada, that I have not enjoyed 100%

This recipe sounds bizarre but tastes amazing. Sweet, salty, and simple.
