Wine: First Fleet Shiraz

I am not gonna lie. First Fleet offered some bang for your buck: at 4.99 a bottle this Shiraz had a nice body, typical Shiraz nose, with notes of pepper and leather. I found it on the drier side, however. It was definitely not like Jam Jar (my favorite Shiraz! A good jammy wine!) but it was a good wine for a good price and held up well for it's nose and mouthfeel. I would buy it again. I give it a 4 out of 5. Paired with jalapeño jack cheese and breadsticks and a round of monopoly.
